SAP SBO MAILER CONFIGURATION WITH OFFICE 365

Hi Team,

I have setup SBO mailer configuration correctly and also the test connection result is ok. Our client is on google cloud and they are using office 365.They have SAP 9.3 PL12 on HANA. During Sending of emails they are attached as per screenshot provided but when you open sent messages in SAP they have the red x. In event viewer ther is not event for SBOmail.Please help to troubleshoot since it is urgent for the client to send mails from SAP. Thank you.step-1.pngstep-2.pngstep-3.pngstep-4.png
