Hello dear community,

I have some questions regarding professional services and would like to request your assistance.

1- Removing a resource from the work package after hour submission and approval (timesheet)

I logged hours on an employee's timesheet, then removed those hours and tried to delete the resource (employee) from the work package, but the system does not allow it. After the hours are logged and approved, even if I remove them from the timesheet, is it no longer possible to remove the resource from the project's work package, or am I missing a step?

2 - Automatic approval of hours on the timesheet (not intended)

The system is automatically approving the hours logged by employees on the timesheet, which prevents me from receiving notifications in the "My Inbox" app to approve the hours. What could be the reason? How can I set it up so that the system does not automatically approve, as it is not intended?

3 - Error when setting a project to "closed"

I am unable to set a project's status to "closed" (application used - plan customer projects), I receive the following message (image). How can I resolve this issue?

4- The project does not appear on the timesheet for hour logging

I am not assigned as a resource in the project's work package, however, there is an option that allows individuals not included in the project to log hours, as shown in the image below. However, when I try to log hours, the project does not appear. What could be the reason and how can I solve it?
