SAP MM - Tcode MC46 Consumption Concept doubt

Hi Sap Gurus

For slow-moving materials, we have a standard report MC46.

In that, If I give one day's last consumption the system shows 735 materials. If I give 50 days also the system gives me an output of 735 materials.

Please could you explain this functionality 😕 How this concept works
