First time configuring tax as a service. Followed manual for setup in the How To Guide, using the OEC database for testing in a productive environment with internet access and multiple integrations running (b1if). This is a HANA v 9.30.150 (PL05) environment.
Started with setup of Company Details and verified the defaults matched the SAP documentation in the How To guide. Could find no notes or discussions on this new TaaS service!
Setup a customer for testing. I made sure all the required fields were populated. Also tried with more or less data, but beleive the issue is connectivity as the error messages received come in a cluster of 4 lines starting with:
Internal error (-199) occurred [Message 131-183]
followed by 3 lines of
TaaS Error The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found and a Message ID 254009040
You have to X out of the marketing document to prevent the errors from continuing with any change to the form.
The client definitely has internet access and the server has integrations through the B1i, but are there any specific firewall connectivity rules for TaaS that might need to be configured? Any ideas?
I'm having the same issue. Has something changed? Any ideas?
