Please let me know the reason, on why the SAP B1 service automatically stops on it own.

Dear Kunal,

As it happens with SAP Business One client agent service, you can check and verify if its a client machine/workstation specific issue,

in case the client is corrupted, you can perform a quick uninstall&reinstall of SAP client, follow SAP Note
