SAP B1 Journals - selecting multiple lines to change tax group

I’m using the journal entry. When selecting a Tax group I can only do in each single row, is there way where we can select a batch of lines and change the Tax group at the same time rather than one by one?

Hi,

There is no such feature in SAP B1.

What you may do as a workaround is by using Copy + Paste, where your GL code, debit, credit, tax group, would be supplied by an external spreadsheet and pasted into the Journal Entry. Spreadsheets are usually more flexible to work, therefore you can use filters, formulas and anything else to streamline your work and get your tax codes filled, and just transfer the content into SAP.
