SAP B1 HANA - After PC upgraded to Windows 10 OS, when enter chinese characters cause SAP hang

SBO Version : 9.2 HANA PL10 HF01

After PC upgraded to Windows 10 OS, when the PC switched to chinese language and the user tried enter chinese characters in any documents in the SAP, the SAP will get freeze immediately, have to force close SAP and relogin again to function as per normal.

We tried login the PC using local adminsitrator, it has the same issue.

We tried whether is simplified chinese or traditional chinese, it have the same issue.

Is there anyone encounter the same issue? What is the solution?

Hi, the following is the solution provided by SAP:
It is a windows known issue, here's the reply from SAP with the workaround suggested:

SAP Business One client will get freeze and has to stop it from task manager when using certain languages, include Japanese and Chinese. SAP Business One development team figured out that this is a Windows Bug, please refer to the link below:

Or user can use windows image 1909 temporarily until the Microsoft Windows team to fix the bug in the latest version or patch.
