SAP B1 Attachments folder not defined, or Attachments folder has been changed or removed

Hi,

I am trying to convert Draft PO to PO

SAP Version : SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.191) FP 2202 (64-bit)

Getting below error:

Attachments folder not defined, or Attachments folder has been changed or removed [Message 131-102]

But same document is adding properly when i am adding through SAP B1 Client

I would like to inform you, that in the SBO versions FP2305 and later, the shared folder permissions have been adjusted as described in the attached SAP Note :

3347947 - Shared Folder Permissions Are Restricted When Upgrading SAP Business One from 10.0 FP 2208 or Lower to FP 2305

This means, that the samba anonymous user has only read permission there.

You can either create a specific samba user and use it for the connection from Windows server where SBO Client is running to the Linux shared folder, or you can define a new separate folder outside of B1_SHF for the Attachments, test if you can access it and write into it from Windows and and then update the path in the SAP Business One.

Hi,

In UI this error usually comes when user tries to view the file attached and that file no longer exists under the path.

Either the file is deleted by the user or replaced by SAP because user attached a file with similar name or user does not have right to access the path.
