SAP B1 addon EInvoice generation issue

Dear SAP Team,

We are getting error on SAP B1 EInvoice addon screen addon. While generating Einvoice using (Client (IRIS) is Third-party vendor for Einvoice generation.) Test EInvoice generation credential is working and Live IRIS Einvoice credential showing these below error on SAP B1 System log. Kindly help us to fix the issue.

Hi hari1026,

From the error message: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel, the issue appears specific to the TLS protocol. Verify which TLS protocol is enabled in the customer's environment.

Hi hari1026,

It would be better if you can directly check with the add-on provider which TLS version is supported with their add-on or for the E-Invoice which is being used.

For example: Tax as a Service (TaaS) used for US Tax Service supports TLS1.2 SSL level only. To learn how to enable TLS 1.2, check the information at the following link:
