SAP B1 9.3 Browser Access - Out of Memory (ODBC-100) [Message-7001-28]

Hi all,

The customer is using SAP B1 9.3 PL08 HANA browser access.

There is no issue all these while and the issue just happens suddenly.

1st issue:

Cannot do attachment for all documents and it show error 'Out of Memory (ODBC-100) [Message-7001-28])'. Refer the attached print screen of the error. The attachment is saved into b1_shr folder.

2nd issue:

All PLD layouts printed not able to show the logo, for your infor, the logo is reading from b1_shf folder.

It happens to all users and all PC, there is no issue if the user access using Terminal Server.

Even we rebuilt the new VM, it still did not solve the issue. The VM has suffiecient memory and space. We cleared all the browser log files, restarted gatekeeping server, TS and server. But it still doesn't help in any way. For the PLD's logo issue we tried reduced the logo size, create a new logo using different format, but it still doesn't help.

We also referred the issue to SAP, but until now there is no solution from SAP.

Is there anyone encounter the same issue before? If yes, please share the solution.

Just to update and close this question, we had a couple of session with SAP and finally the solution is changed gatekeeper service logon to windows administrator user, then fixed the isssue.
