SAC Automating data import,model and story creation from BYD

Hi,

I have created a model and story in SAC based on two imported reports from BYD and an Odata connection to BYD that imports exchange rates.

My problem is that one of the BYD reports is an "Ag-ing List for Receivables by Document Date".
Its a report in which you pick one date and it shows documents like invoices that have not been paid up to that chosen date, those that have already been paid are not shown in the report.
When i export this report into SAC I cannot pick multiple date, only one, thus i cannot get the same functionality in SAC for the reports data as in BYD(since in BYD i can pick any date on the fly and it updates the report live).
So If i want the documents status for say 12 dates, one per month I must import and create 12 models and stories, each based on a seperate import from BYD with a single date.

Is there some way to automate this proccess?
To tell SAC to perform an import from BYD at certain intervals and even create the model/story?
Is there such a functionality or something at least in that direction?
On top of that, since exchange rates change as well and i need the exchange rates of the last day of each month, is there a way to automate the odata query so every month the query automatically changes?
