S4HC - Subcontracting component quantity tolerance

Dear community,

In the subcontracting purchase order it is possible to set underdelivery and overdelivery tolerance for the assembled material.

Is there a way to have the same behaviour on component level, meaning for example that if the delivered quantity is slightly less than the one expected in the BOM, the requirement to deliver the remaining quantity of component gets cleared ?

Without this functionnality it is needed to update the purchase order component quantity, then the same in the purchase requisition and even sometimes the transfer reservation quantity depending on the scenario

Any idea is welcome

Thank you in advance

Best Regards

Patrick

Hello patrick_puech.

How are you? I have included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sourcing and Procurement" for this question, as Subcontracting is a Process of Sourcing and Procurement Line of Business.

Regards.

Juliano Romanato.

Hi Patrick,

Currently what we have is only the SSCUI 103169 - Price Differences for Subcontract Orders at Goods Receipt.

Thanks

Lokesh

Hi Lokesh,

Thank you for the feedback, that will not influence the quantities.

When you say currently, are you aware of some upcoming new functionalities that could help in that way ?

Thanks

Patrick
