Can you let me know the table for Cost element master data with material code reference?

For Cost Element, you can look at CSKB.

For Material number, MARA will give you that.

Expanding the topic on the mechanics of it, usually, the cost element is derived from the valuation class of the material master. If there is any valuation class in Project valuation class field of material master, a G/L account is assigned in transaction OBYC. Otherwise, cost element for the valuation class will come from the valuation class field of the material master.
