Routing is not available for changes.

Greetings!

Currently, I've just started my SAP way as an intern for SCM solution. And alredy have faced the following problem. This question was posted here years ago, but the answer was only one and not relevant (https://answers.sap.com/questions/8666222/none-routing-can-be-displayed.html). My issue is completely the same, however I give some info about what I am trying to do.

1) I need to convert Planned Order into Production Order with MD04. After executing this, I got an error.

2) I checked whether the Production Version that I previously created is ok.

3) Double click on the Group number (switch to CA03) in item raw leaded the next error - the KEY ERROR "There is No Valid Data Matching the Criteria Entered on the Initial Screen".

4) The same error I get in CA02 and CA95. I need to use CA02 (or CA95) to change the status of my Routing from Created to Released. And I am not able to enter the needed Routing at all.

FYI. The document number of my Routing exists in tables PLKO and PLPO.

This is a weird issue. Please check if the following note is implemented in your system:

1614570 - Tasklist not found error after implementing note 1588750

This is an old note, but it's the only one I could found with this kind of issue.
