Rounding issue:Rounding based on tax classification

Hi

I have an issue there two line items in invoice,both the line items have 19% tax ,but the tax classification is different.

Rounding is not happening for condition type MWST when tax classification is different .

When tax classification is same rounding happens.System should roundoff according to the tax percentage?Else it should consider tax code?Why it considers tax classification
