Restrict filter values of a field based on the active user session

We would like to check with you if there is some a way to modify the ‘Manage Sales Order’ application in S4HANA public cloud to restrict the filter values of a field based on the active user session AND restrict the creation of user-specific views/bookmarks/layout for the sales order results

Scenario is as follows. Customer would log-in (example USER1 logs in as a sales rep). Once customer logs in, the filter for the ‘Sales Employee’ should be filtered only to USER1’s sales employee number. (see screenshot as attachment)

The reason why customer needs this requirement is because they would like to limit and restrict the viewing of the sales orders that only USER1 created. USER1 must not be able to neither view sales orders created by other sales employees nor should they be able to create their own view/bookmarks/layout for the results. This is to provide confidentiality for the data between the sales offices.

We also have this same restriction requirement for a Sales Volume Query where customer needs to restrict by the Sales Employee (of the active User logged on) and restrict creating new views/bookmarks.

Is there a way to achieve this requirement on the standard S4HANA public cloud way. Or is there some alternative that can be made to achieve this?

You should be able to achieve this functionality to some extent using the "Maintain Restriction UI" functionality.

Take a look at the following documentation and let me know if this fits your use case.
