Restore button is not visible in Manage Purchase contracts Fiori App F1600A

Hi Team,

Restore button is not visible in Manage Purchase contracts Fiori App F1600A.

If we delete a line item in Purchase Contract then I am not able to restore the deleted line item.

The deleted line item is not visible in the fiori App F1600A Manage Purchase contracts.

So, we are going to GUI Transaction "ME 32K" and selecting "Reset Deletion indicator" in order to undelete the line item.

Please advise what is missing in the Fiori App ?

Product Version: SAP S/4 HANA FOUNDATION 2021

HI Team,

I checked in both the systems( S/4 HANA 2021 and 2022 ) Private /On premise versions

S/4 HANA 2021 (Private /On premise versions) had the limitation for the FIORI App F1600A "Manage Purchase Contracts" that if we delete the line item we can not restore the deleted line item by using the Fiori App F1600A "Manage Purchase Contracts"

The line item that is deleted will not show up in the contract from the Fiori App Screen.

In order to restore the deleted line item we need to go to GUI transaction ME32K and select Reset Deletion indicator.

Where as in S/4 HANA 2022 version, the restore button is active and we can restore the deleted line item by using FIORI App F1600A "Manage Purchase Contracts"

It is also active for Cloud public version 2208 and 2302

I will see if I can approach SAP to find out if there is any SAP Note to rectify the issue in 2021 Version as the next version in both Public and Private cloud has the capability.

If i get any positive answer I will get back to update.

Thanks for your reply. As per the SAP Fiori library the below is the statement from Release S/4 HANA 2022

" Delete and restore purchase contract items.

You can delete purchase contract items during the creation or update of a purchase contract. When you delete an item in a draft document, the item is deleted and removed from the document. However, when you delete an item in an active document, the item is logically deleted and marked with a deletion indicator. You can further restore items that are marked with a deletion indicator. "

But I am working on release S/4 HANA 2021 and only deletion indicator is available in Manage Purchase contracts Fiori App F1600A.

Before approaching the basis consultant I want to reconfirm that this is not a standard SAP Fiori Limitation. Anyone using SAP S/4 HANA 2021 or below version can have a look at their system and see if there is Restore Button is available while using Fiori App F1600A - Manage Purchase contracts

As per below SAP Fiori link the restore button should work as usual. It seems there could be a authorisation issue for you or a related object not activated to display restore button. Please connect with your Basis team to fix it.
