report for Goods Receipt Handling with Reference to Inbound Deliveries

Hi everyone,

I found this article

Goods Receipt Handling with Reference to Inbound Deliveries - SAP Documentation

which describes how our inbound process works. We scan the HU and SAP creates one putaway TO per Material before the material finally gets to storage location.

Is there a report or report possibility that connects TO with the source HU?

I need to find out which TO came out of which HU.

Thank you all in advance!

Hi Bent, is VLENR ( Source HU ) in the warehouse task not what you search for?

Hi Daniil

"VLENR is a standard field within SAP Table ltap that stores Source storage unit information. Storage unit from which material is being removed for the transfer order item or which itself is being transferred for the transfer order item."

Sounds good to me. As a background information: I am new to SAP, I am not working in the system at all. I am responsible for reportings and data analysis for several different WMS. Regarding to SAP my knowledge about SAP logic, transactions, processes and so on is completly based on the data I've seen in different reports.

Coming back to VLENR: How can I get access to this information? Is there a specific transaction that could already display the data I need or do I have to built a specific qry (SQ01)?

Thanks again for your support.

sorry I cannot help much if it is not about EWM 🙂 Table LTAP should have warehouse tasks VLENR is available there. Maybe you need to change your tags if it is WM Question.

Hi Bent,

you can use transaction LT23 to do the search you are looking for. If you need the report (i.e. program) itself you can check SE93 for that transaction (one of many ways).

And, yes, it's good old WM with transfer order (TO) and storage units. So changing the tag would be a good idea for even more support.
