Service purchase order suddenly missing pbxx price

Hi all

Service purchase order is missing PBXX price though there exist a service no that has prsx price

Earlier pbxx was there.But now net price is zero as pbxx is mising

Can you tell us how to activate pbxx price again

In the service purchase order,in service tab there is price entered against the service no (PRSX price) and ithat price gets to PBXX of item level as per SAP standard behaviours. and this works for  for all purchase orders ..

But one purchase order alone,PBXX suddenly got missing ...Earlier PBXX price was

there

Hi Krish,

Your understanding is correct. The net price of services will update the PBXX condition amount.

If you not find this condition then choose analysis button under item condition tab.

You'll direct to the next screen, there you'll find the pricing procedure.

Then, call transaction M/08. Select the corresponding pricing procedure and choose control. Here you've to add the manual pricing condition PBXX.

After make the above mentioned settings, test the scenario.

Please note PBXX pricing condition is very much there in pricing procedure and it works fine for all other purchase orders

just for one purchase order alone it disappeared and it is not allowing to PBXX pricing..

So if we make pbxx pricing manual,then it might work for this order.

But we dont want to do config change for just solving one purchase order issue .Earlier same purchase order had PBXX and now suddenly it got disappeared and even if we add service line,it is not updating pbxx alone

In same purchase order if i add new line item and add same service no,pbxx comes autamatically

But we wanted to solve this for old purchase order item -We just have one purchase order having 3 lines missing pbxx..Earlier it was there.not it is not available and so net price of po line had become zero

Is there any user exit by which i can add pbxx in debug mode for this order alone or any other solution available..

Why don't you just do the analysis as suggested and provide the screenshot?

And if only one PO is affected then it might have to do with the master data.

so I would at least do a test with the same vendor to see if it is vendor master related.
