SAP S/4 HANA Cloud - Action Result on Rejection - Flexible Workflow for Purchase Requisitions New

Hi SAP workflow experts,

One of our S/4 HANA Cloud client wants the following behaviour upon PR rejection.

PR is available for edition or deletion and the approver does NOT get the workflow in his inbox unless PR is edited. The PR is only editable if we select options "repeat step" or "restart workflow", however the issue here is the approver will get the same PR straight away for approval in his inbox.

The other 2 possible options "continue" or "cancel workflow" does NOT allow PR to be editable.

Can you please advise if this can be done or there will be an improvement on the roadmap?

Hi all,

As of SAP cloud version 2015, the end-user can use the app "My Purchase Requisitions" to edit rejected PRs and resubmit for approval.

Hello.

Did you get an answer to this? I am looking for exactly the same thing.

On Rejection - PR should be editable. After edit, workflow will get retriggered.

Hi ,

are we talking about SAP standard workflow or custom workflow? Do you have any technical information which workflow is affected?

Hi Lazlo,

This is SAP S/4 HANA CLOUD so we can only use standard workflow. The workflow in question is WS02000458 Managed via Fiori "Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions - New". I wanted to ask Alan Rickayzen
