Hi,

  1. Check that computer is connected to network
  2. Check that computer is in same domain as B1 server
  3. Restart server

If none of these help, please provide more information.

Hi,

  1. Which version is the MS SQL Server? If it is higher than 2016, please install the Microsoft OLE DB Driver on the PC.
  2. Is the PC connected to the network over WIFI / WLAN? Connect it with a cable instead.
  3. Is the client the same version and patch level as the B1 system on the server? Uninstall the B1 client and DI API, and any other software related to SAP Business One from the PC. Then reinstall from the shared folder on the B1 server.
  4. If step one and two are not the case, then uninstall the B1 client and DI API, and any other software related to SAP Business One from the PC. Then reinstall from the shared folder on the B1 server (to make sure the version matches).
