Report S_ALR_87013648 not populating budget column

Hello friends,

I am having an issue with this report.

When I use the Fiori tile "Cost Center Budget", I obtain the budget values for the cost centers, as well as costs and commitments.

However, when I run S_ALR_87013648 in GUI, the system does not return any budget value; but it does return actual costs and commitments.

Am I somehow missing some kind of customizing configuration?
