Hi Team,

The server time is in GMT and CK40N does not let me release costs till the server time is 12:00 AM next year. This delays good issues in countries that are already in the new year. Is there any workaround for this ( other than waiting till the server time is 12:00 Am next year?

Any help will greatly appreciated.

Hi,

why don't you extend the validity date of your cost estimate to at least 31/01/y+1 ?

This will allow you to proceed with normal activities before releasing new costing at 12.AM

The process is as follows, when standards are released in many countries. There should be no accounting movements in SAP until approximately 8.hours the following day (in fact the system blocks all users, (excepted those user, that release with CK40N).

One of the issues that can occur is that if a country runs CK40N, blocks the transaction for other users in other countries and cannot run, until you stop using it.

Plants continue with their production processes but without registering in SAP to avoid inconsistencies, once the process is finished in all countries, load the data in SAP.

Use contingency plan for operation without system. And End year close process with strict calendar.
