Purchase Order was created separately/manually on PM-Order that has not yet been released

Hi all,

our client has reported the following case:

A user faced the following error message during the service entry: "system status CRTD is active (on 600011402)"

We noticed that a purchase order was created manually even though the PM order was not yet released. Since the purchase order was created separately and only the account assignment was assigned to the PM order, this has been detected while making the service entry.

That would not be correct in my opinion, or ?

Can anyone tell me, if:

a) that's right

b) this is also the case for PSP

c) what it would mean if we set it up so that purchase requisitions or purchase orders can only be created on released pm orders

d) how/where we can customize this?
