Hi All, how are you?

I have experience configuring rebates in ECC but I am new using condition contract management for customer rebates in S4 Hana and i am analyzing to implement it in my company, but I have the following doubts, maybe someone could help me with this.

1) To give the repaid to the customer, I need to generate a legal credit memo (electronic invoice), preferably in SD, I cant post it directly in FI. I all the examples that I found, the FI doc is created related to the condition contract, there is a way to generate the partial/final settlement generating a credit memo request or a credit memo related to the condition contract?

2) If I have a rebate that include a product hierarchy, when I generate the settlement, is it possible to have 1 line for each product invoiced in the period?

3) In rebate fixed amount, there is a way to validate an event to give the credit memo?

4) In rebate fixed amount, there is a way to validate the products invoiced in the period to imput the correct value of the fixed amount to each product or always the fixed amount rebate must to be settle using a dummy product (invoiced as a concept)?

Regards,

Ale.

Hi alejandro.bolotnikoff ,

1. No we can't create a credit memo request in SD.
You can create the settlement document but block for posting OR use the 2 steps process which will create a parked document and a following settlement document for posting.

2. If you are based on business volume then your settlement will be created based on the split criteria of the profile of business volume (by standard split at line item for the combination of material/profit center/currency...)

3. What do you mean by "validate"?
If you meant a target to be reached, then yes you can use a condition for fixed amount and scales

4. If you condition contract is using a profile of business volume then yes the fixed amount will be distributed by relevant line item (material and all)
If you don't use a profile of business volume then the system will need the Settlement Material to create the line item of the settlement document.

Hi gvictor,

Concerning point 1, if we can't create a credit memo request in SD, we must create a new form to send to customer (and iDOC, ...) ?

And how to have a turnover's customer in SD ?

Regards,

Vincent
