DIP Profile T.Code DP91 Sales office not copied from Contract to Debit memo request and Debit memo

Hello All,

User will maintain Sales office in the Contract the same should flow / fetch to Debit memo request (Order) and Debit memo (Billing)

When Sales office is maintained in the Business Partner then Sales office is fetched in Contract, Debit memo request and Debit memo. But this is not the requirement.

T-Code DP91 used to create Debit memo request.

Please suggest and Thanks in advance.

Yes system will copy Sales Office from Sold-To only and not from the reference document.

Thank you very much for your reply.

User will always maintain Sales office in the Contract. Sales Office should copy to Subsequent documents (Debit memo request and Debit memo).

Business scenario is Resource related billing. T-Code DP91
