Different Cost Element in IW32/IW33

When I am creating a order in IW31 using PM02 operations the cost element is assigned correctly and is saved correctly at data base level

However when i open the same order in IW32/IW33 the cost element displayed is different.

What could be the possible reasons for this ?

Did you already

• Look at the action log
• Look for relevant OSS notes (some were released in 2022)
• Check for custom developments such as implementation of BAdI IWO1_PREQ_BADI method DETERMINE_ACCOUNT

i dont see any usefull information in the action log

also there is no custom enhacement done for that BADI.
