Correct time Zones is not considered while creating/change Shipment - VT01N/02N

I am trying to create a shipment using tcode VT01N where user ID has Mexico Time Zone.

When I click on planning under details tab, system is considering Mexico Time Zone which is correct but after saving shipment within table creation time of shipment is saved with German Time Zone

Do we have any NOTES where creation time will consider same as planning time in VTTK table or this is the expected behavior of the system.

Assuming that you create shipment directly via vt01n and not via IDoc, check the transaction STZAC. Most probably, you would not have authorization to access this in which case, check with your Basis team or who have authorization to all.
