Currently there are no tools to convert a HANA database to MS SQL. Mainly because this is not in SAP's interest. If there are third party tools out there that can do this, it is likely that you would forfeit support on the MS SQL database.
What you can do, is use queries to extract data from the HANA database, and the Data Transfer Workbench to import that data into a new MS SQL database. However, this will not allow you to move closed transactions, so you would lose history.
Another option that you could investigate is the Intercompany addon. The answer to this question suggests, that this might be a possibility.
