Business Partner industry systems and industries in Sales order

Dear all,

we have maintained industry systems and industries in SSCUI 102850.

The business partner will receive the industry systema and industry information in the master data.

Now we would like to use this information in the Sales order items. Purpose: later analysis in CO-PA. We were not able to find fields where to maintain this information in the Sales Order.

What are your thoughts on this topic?

Also please explain why is it so important to place the tick on a standard system in the SSCUI?
