APP F2872 workflows report

I would like to know if there is an app in Fiori in report format that lists the flexible workflow's configured as an example of the F2872 app,

The question is if there is any way to know when there is a report that lists the configured workflows.

Below is an example of the flexible workflows we have configured for testing, the idea is some transaction in S/4 or in Fiori itself that relates the number of workflows created with their rules.

Dear Customer, 

My name is Lisa from the MM-PUR/MM-FIO team. I have checked and can confirm there is no app or report where all configured workflows are displayed. 

There is a transaction in S/4HANA that can be used, where all workflows are seen (active and inactive). The format is not so easily readable however.

The transaction is SWF_PROCESS_ADMIN. Here all workflows are listed, then by double clicking on the scenario, all versions are shown. Again double click on the version you wish to see and all active and inactive workflows for that scenario are shown. To see all configurations for example start conditions, please double click on the Process ID. An XML view will show all details.
