"Balance sheet" and "Profit and Loss" report using Gateway API service

Hi, we are trying to get the report using the Gateway API endpoint ExportPDFData for Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. But we are getting the following error:

Hi asadmateenkhan,

I am assuming that you have customized Crystal Reports for Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. Is that right? Because API Gateway can only provide you the access for Crystal Reports only, not the PLDs.

About the error message (Internal Server Error resulted from Runtime Exception), I would suggest you to please check the issue in the latest available version and patch because there were some known issues with API Gateway in previous patches.

These are documented in SAP Notes 3192416 and 3149755.

We are using CR System Templates. When we check Fields Explorer it has PLD fields, can it be a problem too?

Thanks for the info, I changed the TAG to the Business One group.

B1 has unique database connectors that the standard CR doesn't have.
