quality and safety service

Dears,

I would like to know if there is a possibility, in Business By Design , to perform services for our company without using service order as we don't want to issue invoices.

In order to have a clearer image, our client wants to perform quality and assurance service for their own departments. Is there any solution in sap BYD does support that.

Just want to know , is there any payment transaction in this service ? if yes just charge the expense ledger in payment method without any invoice.

Hey, thanks for replying.

No, there's no payment for this transaction. They just wish to document quality and safety service and procedures for their department with documenting field visit's results and time taken for performing service.
