QM - Erro ao encerrar a nota QM

Olá prezados,

O usuário está tentando encerrar uma nota QM, porém ocorre a mensagem de erro:

“Existem medida pendente”, foi verificada e todas as medidas estão com status encerrado.

Alguém que já tenha visto este erro e que possa me ajudar?

Tentei alterar o status da nota QM via tabelas JCDS e QMEL, porém a mensagem de erro continua, alguém que conheça outra tabela que eu possa usar para alterar o status da nota QM ou das medidas por gentileza?
