Purchase Order create via SOAP API

Hi SAP

We are currently having an emergency to get purchase orders created in SAP BYD using the available SOAP API's. I have a sample xml attached labeled sourceXML.xml that i need to map correctly to the purchase order API fields but unfortunately i have been unsuccessful in creating the correct format API field valued are hard to distinguish.

Might you be able to assist our company in creating the correct xml structure for BYD's purchase order create api so that i can use it in CPI/SOAPUI to create purchase orders in BYD.
