Hi experts,

I need some detail for PS claims Management and I cant find any related to

1.- How could hide or restrict a field in a screen template defined to one notification type. 2.- Is posible create hierarchical structure (father son) ? How could I do that? . Thanks Flora

Hi Flora,

You can do screen field selection for Notification based on the Notification type and other influencing parameters in transaction OIAL.

What do you mean by Father / Son relation, do you mean to say to have One Notification and create another from that ? If it is so, there is a concept called Follow-On notfication, so check it.

let me give you an example for my question "create hierarchical structure father / son: "

Notification 00001 is going to be father (Initial) so next step is going to be scope change #1 (one son) , scope change #2 (son 2) (probably) ...Its like Project WBS...

I doubt whether PM accommodate this process in Notification.

We have a concept called Follow-On notification.

One more question, is the structure you need to do in Notification, why cant you do it in Order. Because Order has the functionality for Superior and Sub-Orders, also there is a functionality to create Notification for these orders at the back ground.
