In case of a T&M project, the revenue generated by a single employee can be analyzed.
However, in a fix price project or an internal project, this is not the case.
Now, if there is any solution exisiting to use a fictive billing rate in case of fix price projects so the employee bonus can be calculated based on the overall "billing value" he/she generated within a period coming from T&M projects as well as fix price and/or internal projects?
Please review the Rev Rec key SPFCTR. This method does equal postings to the SPFC revenue recognition method in the financial area of the system. However, it provides a more detailed margin reporting based on employees as it incorporates origin profit center postings based on the profit center of the employee.
