PM order is not generated automatically from IP30

I have created the variant in IP30. Then scheduled a background job in SM36. In SM37 job status is finished without any error. But maintenance order is not getting generated. In IP10 it is showing SAVE TO CALL. Kindly find the attached screenshot and suggest a solution.

Have a look in the IBIPA log to see if there are any messages relevant to the plan.PeteA

I have checked the IBIPA log. But there is no message relevant to the plan. Is the IP30 settings ok ?

Arpan,

The IP30 dates look OK.

I'm assuming that the plan doesnt have a locked or deleted status set??

Try re-running IP30 for that single plan.

Thanks for your response.

I have changed Log Control "Application Log" to "Log (Batch Input) " and Mode " BDC session" to "Call transaction ". And now it is working fine.
