Hi Guys,

I am running MRP with MD50 and the schedule is "Lead time scheduling and Capacity planning"

after running MRP the Planned order component requirement date is after end date of the planned order

For Ex: Order start date is 03.11.2020 and order end date is 03.11.2020 and the component requirement date is 04.11.2020 (you can observe in screen shot)

Note: in our business process in-house production time is 0 days

Waiting for your valuable suggistion

Thanks and Regards

Hello

Sometimes, when there is a difference between the in-house processing time and the times defined in the routing, you may observe this kind of difference. It happens because system will first calculate the order dates with the in-house processing time, then run lead-time scheduling to calculate the production dates. When there is a difference between those times, the basic dates may be adjusted to match the production dates, causing this issue. I would suggest you to run transaction CA97N to update the in-house production time with the routing information and then run MRP again for this material.

Hi Caetano,

I have performed with CA97N, the in-house processing time still zero due to the routing time is very less.

Here, my doubt is why it is planning why the requirement date planning after the production completion of main material

Thanks and Regards
