Periodic Billing plan does not work

Dear

I have two question about the billing plan.

1I 1. I want to have a fixed date, 25^th of each month as billing date. So I was changed the days in month to 25 as below. but it’s not work in system. But it's not work.

2. User want to skip the public holiday for billing date. I also put the calendar in Date rule. it's also not work

Could you please guide how to fulfill the requirement for both requests. thanks

Thanks for your answer.

The issue is for R3 instead of CRM system.

It's not related to the billing value calculation. it's related to the billing date determination.

Please check if any idea of this request.
