I have the following problem. When obtaining the PDF of invoices in which the issuing country is Switzerland, the language of the country is in German. Could you please tell me how we can adjust the language to change it to French?

This PDF preview is form based, if you want french language you need to create forms based on country.

you need to have it in the following way (see WC Application and User Management - Form Template Maintenance)

As you can see, wee have english and german for Austria.

do you know the Form Template Selection in the same WC as mentioned by me?

There you can define rules for the several documents.
