Overtime config and calculation based on hours worked (PY-AE)

Hi all,

There's a client requirement for Overtime and I am new to Overtime config. Please help me how to achieve the below conditions:

1. Periods of less than thirty (30) minutes worked in excess of the Scheduled Work Week will not count as Overtime.

Rates are as below:

2. Public Holiday and Rest Day compensation rates are defined below:

Full hour rate is calculated:

Monthly Gross salaryX12/ (40 hrs per week X 52 weeks)

Basic hourly rate is calculated:

monthly Basic Salary x 12 months / (40 hrs per week X 52 weeks)

Please help.

Thank you for the response, Neeraj.

How will the amounts be replicated to Payroll or it will just move the extra hours worked to payroll ECP and the calculation will be done in Payroll system?

It needs to be tested in quality system. But yes I think move the extra hours to payroll ECP for further calculation.
