i dont know if this is the right place to ask this question but if its not can one of you direct me to possibly another group? the issue we are having seems to have happened after HRSP implementation. Thanks in advance.
We are having an issue when we process an offcycle with a bonus option (Z050 and Z060). The offcycle processes the payment as expected. But it does not create the Infotype 0267 entry as it should be doing automatically when the offcycle is saved. Then when the next pay cycle is ran for the team member it then reduces the pay based of the offcycle that was run and takes the gross payment back.
