hello everyone!

I have encountered and error as mentioned in the screenshot attached while creating and order however the order got saved but when i am trying to edit by clicking the shipping button in the screen below its showing that error.

i have tried the follwing path and tried something but did not work

spro-->mm-->valuation and account assignment-->account detemination witout wizard and created valuation controled and grouped together valuation are,

Now i have the following doubts

1) what could be the various possible reasons for this error?

2) how to change that conformed quantity?

3) what changes needed to be made so that consumption account could be determined and what is that gbb?

I am confused. If you do not know what GBB is how do you know that you maintained correctly the account determination in OBYC?

The reason why you see this error is that certain settings required for generating purchase requisitions with account assignment are missing.

The steps for maintaining account determination for account assigned PRs are explained in note 83916 - Not possible to determine a consumption account.

Still, from your post I assume that you are not a MM consultant. In this case I would strongly recommend that instead of modifying any further settings, you discuss the matter with your MM colleague and, of course with the colleague, responsible for FI.

If I were the MM consultant for the project I would definitely want to know if somebody else is changing the settings in OBYC. 🙂
