Not authorized to create pricing condition table in Q-system?

 I tried to create a pricing condition table in our Q-system today, but get message "You do not have maintenance authorization for usage A application V.". 

 Could this be due to the quarterly upgrade?

Hi,

I found the solution/explanation to above issue. During quarterly upgrade (2011) Business catalog SAP_SD_BC_CONFIGURE_PC within the Configuration expert role, was exchanged to SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_SD0_PC. The Business template role, BR_BPC_EXPERT, was updated automatically but not the business role assigned to users. The roles created with refers to the template roles need to be updated manually as I understand it.
