Not able to change user Authorization

Hi,

It surprises me, I am not able to change user authorization by using the Manager account.

this is not the system default user, we have created it but that time given full authorization, options are inactive if I select that particular user.

Hi mdrafiuddin.rafiuddin,

Please check might be you have created the user with the selected SuperUser option on the user screen and every superuser having a full right and hence on the authorization screen is grey out.

Please uncheck the SuperUser option for the respective User and check.

Hi

You have log-in with Manager user but at the same time you might giving authorization to the manager.

just re-check left side which user you have selected to give the permission. It should be other than user.

Or just share some screenshot attachments.

If i select other users, it is allowing me to change but only his particular user, i am not able to change.
