No B1 Authentication for the user for the user 'manager' ('12345')

Buen día Me encuentro configurando la aplicación de SAP Business One Mobile, sin embargo cuando me encuentro configurando el Trobleshooting me marca dos problemas

1.- este error lo detona aunque la contraseña del usuario este correcta y tenga licencias activadas, ya e intentado con varios usuarios.

esperando me puedan orientar de algun paso faltante, Saludos

Normally, the error "No B1 Authentication for the user" happens when the password of the user is wrong.

Could you please double check?
But normally, this issue in troubleshooting tool should not block the user to access SAP Business One mobile app.

We would like to know if you have any issue when accessing SAP Business One Mobile app?

Are you able to login with the user from the mobile device now? In the mobile app settings, provide "domain\usercode" for the user. You could refer to SAP Note 1602674 and SAP Note 1924930 to troubleshooting the issue.

Que tal te agradezco véran en la aplicación móvil me aparece el siguiente error:

desconozco a que se pueda deber ya que la contraseña esta correcta y mismamente el usuario tengo la configuración de SSO, saben si tenga algo que ver?
