Net sales Revenue field blank in profit overview for key figures

Hi everyone,

I opened the report "profit overview by key figures" and i found out the net sales revenue was blank (please bear in mind that both the customer invoices ad the activity confirmation were posted for all point-of-sales transactions) and it also the profit margin is negative.

Overall, I have an incorrect/incomplete report. Can anyone please help me out as this has hindered account reconciliation.

Are you looking for profit product wise or period wise?

I use Excel utility for period wise i.e during the month, which I have created , I use trial balance,sales register, purchase register,stock valuation for the month to create contribution and profit and loss.
