multiple inspection lots for inspection type 13

We are working with REM. Here customer producing multiple batches on single order and using inprocess inspection. Also they need to block certain batches if any defects found on it. How to record the results for multiple batched in single inspection lot. If i record it using inspection points can we get the report for the same?
