The tabs below (MRP Value & Conditions) in Purchase Order are not available in S4HANA after migrating from ECC

As this MRP tab (Maximum Retail Price) plays a vital role in one of the fields in output, as the values are fetched from this field

Kindly let me know how we should maintain this tab.

Is this an SAP standard field? I do not remember MRP (Max. retail price) tab in PO. Generally this kind of price is used in Sales. Looks like a custom tab. Can i request you to check it once with ABAP team?

After checking with ABAPer, we came to know that it is a custom tab.

I don't deal with stock transport orders much - but I've never seen this tab before. Are you sure it is not custom?
